Bellamy & Love was founded by Rachel Bellamy (Mardock), CPA and CFO, and Carrie Love, CEO & CoS, to install experienced executive leadership at critical moments of build and scale.
We don’t advise from the sidelines. We operate inside the business.
Bellamy & Love have owned financial model and decision making, accounting, performance, strategy, and outcomes. We know what it feels like when decisions carry weight. That experience shapes how we work — we step in as your executive layer, bringing structure to how decisions are made, how numbers are interpreted, and how execution aligns with priorities.
